• If you’re completing the PDF version of the application, send completed applications to Monica Mohr who is a BLM representative for the Wild Horse and Burro Program that we work directly with at our sanctuary. mmohr@blm.gov.

• If you’re submitting the application electronically, click ‘Login,’ create an account on the online corral, and fill out the application.
